Support "groups" of starters - WORK IN PROGRESS

Today we list all "starters" instantly. We want to change this to support some project options first:

• Starters (Project bootstrapping)
• Themes (Full example apps, should also be available in app store)
• Tutorials (Step-by-step project guides based on a repo/starter)
• Custom (Manually specify URL to repo)

• Starters contains the "raw" starter, like Vanilla, react4xp, workbox and webpack.
• Themes will contain fully fledged source code for apps in best practice style
• Tutorials will contain "my first NN"

TODO:

• Conclude on the names
• Decide how to handle this in Market (New content types??)
