Office League - Send emails with both html and text format

Now we send it as HTML, but it might not always work for all mail clients. It's possible to send it as multipart/alternative including a text and a html body, so the mail client can choose what it supports.

This will probably need to create a new lib for handling multipart messages (or add to lib-text-encoding?)
