Support configuration file comments

Commenting the reasoning behind a certain configuration is crucial in team environment, while current JSON won't allow that.

An easy way out would be to allow YAML as configuration as well.

I'm open to adding a better configuration file format, but I'm not going to have enough time to work on that myself at the moment.
