Firefox no longer automatically updates applicationCache when status is 0 (UNCACHED)

it also no longer triggers the 'cached' event when it already has the cache. Jeez.

Looks like it now really requires the .appcache extension

It seems that it only occurs when hosted on localhost... So will leave this open for a little while to check again.
