Useful to deal with a situation, which shouldn't be possible, when a form is updated in an incompatible manner, e.g. the root node of the primary instance gets a different name.

Some servers do not protect adequately against this. You could e.g. do it in Aggregate by deleting a form first and then uploading a new version with the same formID but an incompatible model.

I'm guessing KoBoCAT and Ona also have this problem if the form is deleted first (so not using the 'Replace' functionality which should prevent the user from doing this).

Any draft or final records saved in the browser will no longer be able to be loaded nor deleted except with the highly aggressive Panic button. This feature will provide a delicate (non-thermonuclear) way to remove these records.

Not sure about UI.
