Document protocol expected by usb2udp?

The usb2udp tool seems like it's only meant to work on Windows, and it relies on the FT601 binary lib... I don't mind writing a tool, but it would be helpful to understand what exactly is coming down the pipes... is it the raw TLPs or are they wrapped with some header?
