A collection of buttons with cool hover effects
Most of the button colors don't pass accessibility contrast standards for AA. Where possible, change the colors to improve contrast.
Many buttons have non-existent or terrible focus states, which negatively affect accessibility.
In this PR I have added focus On Shine effects button Plz merge my PR under hacktoberfest2023 Fixes #2
