[Feature request] options.amecsapi.txt sync

Amecs and mods that use its API, such as Mouse Wheelie, will create a file named options.amecsapi.txt. This file stores the modifier keys the player has added to keybinds, separately from options.txt. It would be useful if this file could be shared between instances; currently, the keybind will be shared but the modifier keys added to it will not.
