Checkbox field
When adding a new checkbox field in the form builder, the '+Add a row' button doesn't function correctly. No row is added. Also, saving in this state returns a 'Couldn't Save Form' error.
However, If I make it a text field and save, I can go back in and change it to a checkbox type and everything works correctly.
This is the same for adding any row in any field, funnily enough if you resize the browser it starts working!

It works ok for me using chrome 50.0.2661.94, craft 2.5.2754 and formerly 1.4.0 can you confirm what versions you are using.
I had a similar bug in the latest build I am working on which I've fixed by rebinding the events, so hopefully when I release that it will be fixed

Hiya, using formerly 1.5.0, craft 2.6.2780, safari 9.0, also just checked and same on chrome 50.0.2661.94
It's not a big issue as easily resolved, look forward to next release!
