Issue with plugin on prod server

Plugin works on local, however when I try to install on my prod server, I get the following message screen shot 2015-12-10 at 3 17 42 pm

Are you able to get the error log message.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling that worked on 2.5. Haven't tried a brand new install

I just updated to the newest version of Craft and have still been getting the same error. The details show "The website encountered an error while retrieving http://www.ideabasekent.com/new/prod/admin/artVandelay. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly." I'm not sure if i was supposed to change something in the settings for live vs. local. I installed on local then pushed up the folder from local to my prod repo, not sure if that causes an issue. Thanks for the response!
