Strange. Any sort of permissions setup for the user?

Not currently, but similar to how [Gift Voucher](https://github.com/verbb/gift-voucher) handles this, it's possible to implement in the future.

Yep, so my comment still applies that purchased tickets aren't site-aware (yet), so we'll add that to our support
