pkg(ada-2012): Added ada 2012

This should at least be a start on adding #276. I had a hard time finding an appropriate way to build from source, but I think this should be sufficient. I wasn't sure whether "ada" or "gnat" would be a more appropriate name, but I went with ada for now.
