Three volume controls in quick settings

Description When WhatsApp is started I have multiple (mostly 3) media volume controls in the Quick Settings panel menu (see screenshot). I have disabled audio in the settings (in the app themself and the WhatsApp settings), but even then should one volume control be the maximum. Other apps do not have this, except when playing audio or video.

Expected behavior No WhatsApp volume control at all (or only one).

¿Ha alguien más le pasa algo similar a lo que me pasa a mi con el sonido?. Pasa solamente cuando entra una notificación o se reproduce el sonido de WhatsApp al terminar con un audio y va al siguiente. Nota: lo solucioné desde la configuración de WhatsApp al desmarcar la casilla Notificaciones/Sonidos y desmarcar la casilla en las preferencias de la aplicación whatsapp-for-linux llamado "Activar los sonidos de notificación". Uso "Linux Mint 21.2 Cinnamon"
