Exercise file download

Hi, I would be nice if the exercise file can also be downloaded automatically. Currently it doesnt do it.

I noticed that you have some commented out code in the script.: # tutorial["exercise_file"] = soup.find('section', attrs={'id':'tab-exercise-files'}).text or ""

Maybe you can have a look into this and get it working?
