Trying to load this in to Excell I noticed that quite a few rows (82,120,213) have extra comma's in or after the name field. Eg: `H1235,Nové mesto Nove Mesto n,V,...
Added data validation based on the process laid out here - https://repository.frictionlessdata.io/docs/introduction Once merged a badge can be added which shows whether or not the dataset is passing these validation...
This follows on from [PR#13](https://github.com/energy-modelling-toolkit/hydro-power-database/pull/13), specifically [these follow-up points](https://github.com/energy-modelling-toolkit/hydro-power-database/pull/13#issuecomment-943139837). I've also added in rich RDF types where applicable from the [Open Energy Ontology](https://openenergy-platform.org/ontology/).
Including Installed capacity for H2488,Kalivac based on data from: http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:uHRkSGwARQMJ:https://www.ayen.com.tr/eng/Yatirimdetay.aspx?yatirim%3D31&client=safari&hl=en&gl=ch&strip=1&vwsrc=0 However, it seems that the plant is not active yet. Shouldn't the record mention this in some way?
