Feature request - Pause Video and determine wether to save right away or not.

Great library, 2 days ago i got a project which required me to create an app which have the ability to record videos and share them later, something like reels. my project is in SwiftUI and i researched a lot for a swiftUI implementation and i did not find one that suits me.

fortunately i have found this library which works very nicely and its super fast, one issue for me is in the video recording it does not have a pauseRecording() and when i stop the recording it saves it right away.

with those two fixes i believe i can use this library flawlessly in many upcoming projects.
