Refresh button is greyed out

Is there a reason the refresh button is greyed out? I have to select the mails folder and refresh from the context menu currently. This isn't a major issue, just a minor inconvenience.

@deepu2 Refresh button you refer will refresh all folders. It was disabled in v1.0.3.F27 for some unknown reason. I will make effort to restore the button in the next release. Thanks for raising the issue.
