Converting to HTML when EML option selected
I am attempting to convert the mbox files into individual eml files and I get html files instead.
I selected yes to overwrite whatever is in the cache
Also should probably make a separate issue, but when I click No to move the export, it just closes the window.

There are 2 options to convert mails to eml files. One option allows you to export all mails as eml files as follow:
The other option allows you to export one mail at a time to eml file as you tried. After you selected Yes, try to left double click on the selected mail. Folder will open with one eml file for the selected mail.
The Export option you tried allows you to easily share mails with other users. HTML files are created and the index.html file that allows users to view all mails on the local machine. The exportHTML2PDF.cmf script allows users to export/print all exported mails to PDF. To open, Left double click on the index.html file to see how it works.
Unfortunately, there is no option to export subset of mails, you need to export all mails to eml files. I may add such option in the future release.
Currently, the only option to export subset of mails to eml, you would need to create new mbox file from the subset of mails you selected and then export all mails to eml files. MBox Viewer allows to accomplish that but it requires a couple of steps. Let me know if you are are interested in such approach.

The new v1.0.3.47 offers option to create EML files for the selected set of mails.
Also updated option to export mails to make a bit clear the capability. Best is to open Help option.
