Tame XS Object.freeze

Object.freeze on XS accepts an additional non-standard argument for “deep freeze”. We should detect this change and scour it out with a wrapper in SES Lockdown taming.

I'm inclined to do this after migrating xsnap to this repo (#681). That's not high on my todo-list; if it should be, please remind me whatever motivation I am forgetting.

Migrating Xsnap to Endo is not urgent for me either. I’ve put this in your court so you can keep track of it, and I might volunteer take it off your hands.
