Clarify ocap meaning

"ocap" is used in lowercase throughout. I guess for people who work in this space, it's completely obvious what it means, but I had no idea.

Googling "ocap" primarily returns an unrelated meaning to do with first nations governance.

So I'd suggest spelling out what "ocap" means in this context. I think it's related to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Object-capability_model but seems to be a more specific meaning? And spell out what "ocap subset" and "ocap safe" mean, too.
