We already track https://endoflife.date/icinga-web, and there's an open PR for Icinga 2 at https://deploy-preview-4428--endoflife-date.netlify.app/icinga2 #4428

Assuming this is the same, lets close this PR. I'll double check if anything from here needs to be added to the old PR before we merge that.
