Addition of new product - grafana-loki.

made a few minor changes, looks good to merge to me.

But I am unsure about the "latest three releases being supported", since 2.8 hasn't seen a release in 8 months.

Just added more releases and updated the description. Without any source confirming the last three releases, and without a consistent support policy, we must assume only the latest release is supported. I updated the description accordingly.
