Allow changing order of columns

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The ability to have the locations of the Released, Discontinued, Active Support and Security Support columns be relocatable per product would be appreciated.

Describe alternatives you've considered The ability to create custom columns for a specific product (which a sortable order), this would be useful for https://github.com/endoflife-date/endoflife.date/pull/376 aswell that way we can track the security status of Windows and Linux.

I am not convinced that the default column layout must be configurable, the order of those columns is important.

The only column I would like to convert to a custom column is the discontinued one. I not used a lot and only for a specific type of products: the devices.
