I found the version docs at https://www.meilisearch.com/docs/learn/update_and_migration/versioning

Meilisearch only maintains the latest engine release. Currently, there are no EOL (End of Life) or LTS (Long-Term Support) policies.

Automation can be done from GitHub Releases at https://github.com/meilisearch/meilisearch/releases
