feat(content): Hogshead's Dilemma

Summary

This PR introduces a brief mission and a half that plays with/slightly introduces the lore of the Hogshead referencing this amazing situation in real life. I intend to follow up on this in the future with a little bit more with an escort mission/something with pirates. Or I could put it in this PR. We'll see. As I want to keep it in line with the reference, it's intentional that the player's input doesn't change the situation ~~and enough things in the game do that, so the more of this the better~~.

The only things I'm not quite sure on are the source locations and whether or not this should be dependent on the player's place in the story - I feel like having more small unique missions later after FW might be beneficial for gameplay, rather than a chance at the very start. But I'm not super attached to that.

Add an invisible mission after this that spawns a ship named ShippyMcShipFace that roams around randomly?

I wanted to, but if it dies the next mission series wouldn't make sense, so having an escort mission that you can see it in later will be fine. Maybe after that I can do that.

Changed the wording around a bit so that the history reference is in the first part of the mission, while keeping the business aspect of it in the latter half.

Also, thinking about continuing the missions in this PR. Maybe.

By the way, Boaty McBoatFace already has a reference in the deep missions, when the void sprites are being named.

The times I've played Remnant content I never really read it as such, I just thought it was silly (but that's just me). In any case, I don't think it's bad that this mission series does it too. Instead of a quick jab, this is representing much more of that situation than just one name option, and making something of it in the future - it fits perfectly with the silly nature of the Hogshead's lore.

It's also a human quest so it will be seen first more often than not, and the Remnant one can be a little follow-up jab as another "human" example, if anything.

Can't you already suggest that the void sprites should be named Floaty McFloatface in the "Remnant: Deep Surveillance" mission?
