feat(content): Adelita Journalism missions 1 through 5 (adapted from #5112)

Summary

This PR adapts the first 5 "Journalism" missions from #5112 and updates its conversations.

After seeing an exhibition on the evacuation of Hope on a Paradise Planet, the player is asked to help in the creation of another exhibition on the Syndicate's implicit slave trade with the pirates on Covert.

Thanks to Lake/Galaucus for some advice on the pirates :)

Namely, I wonder if establishing the Syndicate uses slave labor is problematic or at odds with future development of the faction.

I did talk with Lake / Galaucus before I re-PRd this and he said it was all within his plans.

I introduced a mission all the way back in #3298 that involves helping an unnamed group free slaves on Buccaneer Bay. Perhaps we finally give them a sequel with a tie-in with Adelita.
