Update some screenshots

Some of the screenshots are really out of date.

This PR seeks to replace some of them with new ones.

I took the screenshots with the game maximised on a 4k display with the "main zoom factor" set to 200 to simulate a 1080p display.

They might need to be scaled down, I haven't looked at how they look in the web page yet.

They look like this. The one problem though is that the description is getting pushed off the page by the screenshot

Yeah, I think I'll shrink the images to 1/4 their current size and see how that goes.
