Icon doesn't show

Using the lastest editor's nightly, Windows 10, the app's icon that was added by MZ in https://github.com/endless-sky/endless-sky-editor/commit/1f154b01309e41d4224974ff0992c8483b8e8133 doesn't appear, and instead only the default windows no-icon image is shown

I think this is a Windows-only issue. Pretty low on my priority list though. It's likely related to the lack of an "install" directive, which is where the icon stuff usually gets set up.
