(Adds the Rhyolite from current continuous in preparation for 0.10.9. Yes, I know doing it piecemeal like this is inefficient and that there may be more coming for 0.10.9 that it'd be better to get prepared for... but... uh...)

It is not inefficient, it merely allows players with the latest continuous to play with the all-content plugin properly.

All content doesn't have a continuous version like high-dpi, so it doesn't help that many players before the release. Still, it's nice to get these things sorted out.
