[BUG] Life Cocoon won't cast on mouseover, R240-release.
The Monk spell Life Cocoon will not cast on a mouseover target in Cell. I tried this with both the in-game mouseover settings and with a macro, neither work.
It seems to work for me. Is your Life Cocoon keybind by any chance using the shift+R hotkey? In that case, Click-Castings have that by default set to rezzing the person, so removing that would fix the issue. I had that problem with my Enveloping Mist.
