[Feature]: Add support for expanded keyboard keybinds

Please Describe The Problem To Be Solved I am unable to use my extra mouse keys as they are bound to the F13-F24 keys, but are unable to be bound, even though I can use them with ElvUI / WoW Keybinds

Suggest A Solution Expand the valid keys for cell to detect F13-F24 keys
