No you need nonceEnabler to set the correct nonce before you run futurerestore

in the 173 release notes:

New --exit-recovery flag. This makes it so you can easily get out of recovery mode without relying on a separate tool like ReiBoot.

  • Windows usage: futurerestore.exe --exit-recovery
  • macOS usage: ./futurerestore --exit-recovery
