More uniform title-casing

Just a minor edit to fix the casing of some subheadings. The particular phrase 'By exposing an api endpoint' looked like a random out-of-place sentence fragment in the 'Authentication' section of the docs due to its small heading size and lack of capitalization. I also did a minor bit of linguistic tidying for a couple subheadings as I went.

EDIT: Not sure why it didn't pass the checks... It's only a modification to the docs.

I'm gonna level with you: I have no idea what the hell I'm doing here. More specifically:

  • What caused the merge conflict
  • How to fix the merge conflict
  • Which specific part I screwed up that caused me to "close" the pull request

I have no context or any meaningful frame of reference here, and am going to back away slowly and pretend nothing ever happened.

I have a local copy of the repo with the changes I made, which I kept since I was 99% sure I was about to screw something up.
