add button to mute/block in "show page info" feature or meatball menu on posts

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. whenever someone posts untagged nsfw or art I don't want to see in my bookmarked tags feed, generally I mute them. but that requires going to the page, seeing more of their content, and then muting them there. this is frustrating/annoying because I am trying to see less of their posts, not more

Describe the solution you'd like either option would work:

1. add setting for mute or block buttons to in "show page info" popover feature
2. add settings for mute or block buttons in the meatball menu of posts, like on twitter

a potential third option would be to add a meatball menu in the show page info popover but I think that would be too much menuing so that seems like a bad idea

Additional context I could implement this feature if needed.
