Recommended methods for measurement of particular property

Would be very useful if for each (at least physchem) property one can find the recommended measurements methods.

For example, as described here http://echa.europa.eu/documents/10162/13632/appendix_r7a_nanomaterials_en.pdf and in the RIVM report

It is not possible to link ontology terms from different sources (e.g. NPO and CHEBI) in ENM. As far as I understood (thanks to Gareths explanation) as soon as the ontology updates its sources any changes we made in ENM will be overwritten. I can only recommend to do the link on a database level.

Interesting, I was not aware of such limitation. @G-Owen Does this mean all the entries from different sources are completely unrelated ? This is quite a limitation if I understood it right.
