The primary goal is to

  • learn the current workflow and tool of enanomapper ontology development and maintenance
  • learn on the fly by trying to integrate EXPOSED ontology using the existing workflow and tools
  • propose enhancements if necessary
  • document the workflow and recommendation in the NanoinformaTIX WP2 deliverable (deadline end of Aug 2020)
