Allow showing and hiding links with filters

I want an option to add a link to both global and my private repo, or failing that, a view of the public repo that shows only my contributions (and maybe my topic contributions with any content under them)

One first step towards this I've been thinking about is the use of filters along the righthand side. One filter shows links in your private repo, and another filter shows all the stuff in wiki, etc.
