Can add a category display?
When using "Use vertical tooltip layout (experimental)", can the order inside be in the same direction, don't go up at one time and down at another time, it's so confusing.
Like the has been removed Context Search I used before, it can distinguish between search, dictionary, and translation.
Check the link with "Show on search button hover" to display the open link. Using "Show in main panel" will not show options for open link.

HI. I see there is 'Translate' and 'Dictionary' under the 'button' now. However, for someone like me with too many custom searches, the horizontal interface becomes very long. I hope I can define groups in the 'custom Search Tool tip.' The general style would be similar to the second suggestion in that image.
Before having custom grouping, I think the vertical layout is pretty good.

It's a great idea, but since it will interfere with existing "Translate" and "Dictionary" buttons on-hover popups, I only see it implemented as custom "folder" buttons, with ability to add any other buttons to the group. It is not likely to happen until the extension is rewritten to support full buttons customizability, with ability to reorder buttons, toggle them, add new, etc. Unfortunately, I do not have time to work on this.
New version 3.9.1 includes a new experimental option "Always show collapsed buttons as a static panel" under the "Behavior" category. When enabled, it will create a secondary always visible tooltip for all buttons:
