Implement watch expressions below CPU status

The space below CPU status could be a place where to put a table with custom watch expressions. A watch expression should be parsed by a new domain-specific language supported by emuStudio. The expressions can be saved in a configuration file for the computer.

The expression should - for starters - support:

• viewing memory range
• decoding instruction at given memory position
