[Feature Request] spektrum and ghost SRXL2 protocol support

Both spektrum and the ghost system,use srxl2 bidirectional communication. Please add srxls2 support so both systems can be used.

@Romulusg , A prerequisite (Idle Interrupt https://github.com/emuflight/EmuFlight/pull/482) was added by @madchiller, but nothing further for SRXL2.
