Describe the bug

While trying to watch the live video stream on this site: https://www.msnbc.com/live after I login to my tv provider (AT&T Uverse) the site tries to load the video/audio live stream but nothing happens except a series of dots moving back and forth on the screen.

While trying to watch the live video stream on this site: https://www.msnbc.com/live after I login to my tv provider (AT&T Uverse) the site tries to load the video/audio live stream but nothing happens except a series of dots moving back and forth on the screen.

Expected behavior

For the site in question to load properly so I can watch the video and listen to the audio as designed.
