Package `protobuf`

At the moment protobuf appears to be missing:

error    libmamba Could not solve for environment specs
    The following package could not be installed
    └─ protobuf   does not exist (perhaps a typo or a missing channel).

This may resolve #315

This should be fixed by https://github.com/emscripten-forge/recipes/pull/454
