(feat) Implement Restful API endpoints

• Migrated Flask application to use restful endpoints
• Migrated Angular application to use the new restful api
• [TODO] Modify cli to access restful api

Use case

As a user I would like to use a driver for AIMS that pulls inventory items from sshstorm So that I can manage my workflow on via jump servers with ssh, git, and ansible more easily
