How to Implement JWT on MQTT Client?

I watched this tutorial many times, but still don't understand how to implement it. I am looking for a way to get the token, but still dont know how to get it. May it require Plugins like on tutorial video, but idk why there's always empty plugins when i command sudo emqx_ctl plugins list on linux.

Btw, i install emqx with this guide.
