Can connect without authentication if not connecting with mqtts

Loaded redis auth plugin. SSL is also enabled with emqx. If connected via mqtts it works fine, i.e it takes valid username password to authenticate. However if I use mqtt, i.e without ssl to connect then it is connecting even without username password.

Let me know if I need to provide anything else.
