[Feature] ALPN protocol support

Motivation

Many IoT Cloud service provider, like aws, need ALPN protocol for advance usage. Refer here: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/iot/latest/developerguide/protocols.html

Detailed design

A text plain for input ALPN content.
