Run MQTTX on MacOS 26 Tahoe

What happened

See performance of the entire computer tank

Expected

Performance of the system is not impacted

Environment

  • OS: OS version, e.g. MacOS Tahoe 26.0.1
  • MQTTX version, e.g. v1.12.1

More detail

This will impact any users who have upgraded to MacOS Tahoe 26 until the version of Electron is bumped. See https://github.com/electron/electron/pull/48376
