Ctrl +W closes the application

What did I do

Pressed Ctrl + W in another un-related console while unknowingly the keyboard was grabbed by a remote session. Crtl+W widely used in browsers, word and editors for non-destructive tasks.

What happened

The MQTTX application closed

Expected

The application not using a non intuitive key combinations to quit the application. Ctrl +Q or Alt F +X are more common use cases for a disruptive action like Quitting an application. Ctrl +W is not intuitive.

Environment

OS: OS version, Linux 5.4.0-58-generic
MQTTX version, V1.11.0

Thank you for reporting this issue. You're right - Ctrl+W should only close the current window, not exit the entire application. We'll optimize this behavior in future.
