[Bug]: No "Splash Wave" music during gameplay in Outrun 2 SP

Splash Wave soundtrack during all modes in Outrun 2 SP doesn't play (all others do). OutRun2006Tweaks.log

Having never experienciend this issue, I just tried it again and do not seem to suffer from it.
