Seams in skybox & shadows under traffic
I only noticed the skybox one on the Canyon level, might not affect every level. I tried without AA or AF as well since I know it can cause seams. I'm not sure if the other versions are affected but even if they are this could be a good enhancement for the high IQ of the PC version.
Common issue with low res assets when they're seen in a very high res, I don't think there's a solution unless somebody updates ALL background and shadow graphics.
Does disabling the transparency AA & adding DX/ANTIALIASING = 0 to outrun2006.ini make any difference? IIRC MSAA can cause some issues like that because of the weird DX9 half-pixel offset.
Maybe DXVK could make some difference too.

Switching the shadow texture at runtime shows there's a couple that have that issue, we could just force it to one of the ones that don't have it, but that'd mean the shadows wouldn't match up with the type of car properly...
Seems the shadow textures do get dumped under obj_vshadow_pmt, doesn't look like any of the textures are broken, shadow goes right up to the edge of it - wonder if adding extra pixel to the width could help at all (or maybe just replacing them with higher-res?)
Huh, I never noticed the seam on canyon's. Then again, the skybox texture is really low res and ugly so I try not to look at it. Both Sunny Beach and Canyon have rectangular textures, but that might not be related. Comparing the texture to the in-game skybox, it's hard to make sense of which parts go where. The skybox warps the texture all over the place.
I replaced the sky with a white texture, so I think this might just be a modeling mistake.
